WHITE CAMOUFLAGE GERMAN M35 STEEL HELMET FROM THE 116th PANZER DIVISION, RECOVERED FROM THE FOREST AROUND THE VILLAGE OF MONT NEAR HOUFFALIZE IN THE ARDENNES
This helmet was lost in the woods by a soldier of the 116th panzer division when they withdrew from the area. It was found by a local collector who then had it in his private collection until 2020 when it left the Ardennes area for the first time since the war.
The helmet has been coated in a special preservation wax by the previous owner hence the slightly dark colour
