Do you ship ordnance items overseas?

No. We do not ship ordnance outside of the UK mainland, even though it is completely inert. If you place an order and you do not reside in the UK mainland, your order will be cancelled.

Is shipping free?

Yes, we offer free shipping within the UK mainland on all orders unless otherwise stated.

Can I collect larger or heavier items in-person?

Yes. Heavier or bulkier items can be collected from us in Maidstone Kent, or at one of the many trade shows we attend throughout the UK. Simply choose Store Pickup during checkout, and let us know the date and location you want to collect your order from.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we are able to ship certain items outside of the UK. However, shipping is not free as stated as checkout. You will be invoiced for shipping separately which is due before your order is dipatched. Please contact us for a shipping quote before placing an order.

Please note that some items, such as ordnance, cannot be shipped internationally under any circumstances.

Why do I request a shipping quote?

If you are based outside the UK mainland and are interested in purchasing, please contact us with your location and the item(s) you wish to buy, and we will provide a shipping cost.

Do you combine postage?

Yes, we are happy to combine postage costs where possible. If you are ordering multiple items, we will pack them together to keep costs down.

What is your returns and refunds policy?

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please refer to our Returns Policy for full details on eligibility, timescales, and how to arrange a return or refund.

Why was my order cancelled?

There could be a number of reasons why your order has been cancelled, but typically it’s either because we cannot ship the order to your country, or you haven’t paid the international shipping invoice we send you.

What happens when I buy a Gift Voucher?

When you select a value and click Purchase, you’ll be redirected to checkout where you can choose to send it to a recipient, or yourself. You’ll be able to enter recipient’s name, your name, and write a brief message (80 characters), and the email will be send as soon as you complete the order.

How can I redeem a Gift Voucher?

To redeem a gift voucher, simply add your products(s) to cart and enter your unique code at checkout. The whole value of your gift voucher will be applied, and you’ll get an email notification of your remaining balance, if applicable.

As long as our website remains active, your unique gift voucher code will never expire.
