This is a larger size very rare airframe fabric section still with its original gray colour clear to see.The section is in very solid condition and has been carefully cleaned ripped of by the impact of the crash and is perfect for display and a rare one for the collection. The sections measures 5 inches by 3 inches in size.The part is from a Horsa glider that was recovered in 1990’s from the site of where British Horsa Gliders landed on landing zone Z' near Wolfheze woods, west-northwest of Arnhem on the 17th September 1944.The part comes with 2xA5 laminated information cards with map and pictures.

The gliders that landed were all part of the 1st Parachute Brigade that were fighting during Operation Market Garden in the Netherlands.
