Rare to find from the battlefield a Russian PPSH 41 machine gun straight magazine recovered from the area of the Psel River, south of Kursk 1943
This is a rare to find from the battlefield a Russian PPSH 41 machine gun straight magazine. The magazine has no internal parts with no original paintwork it is rusty but solid and only has a few rust holes still with some original steel colour in places it has been very well cleaned and is perfect for display or any collection. The magazine was used by a soldier of the 5th Guards Army it was recovered from the area of the Psel River, south of Kursk on the Voronezh front. This area was defended by them against the German 2nd SS Panzer corps during the battle part of Operation Citadel the German Kursk offensive in July-August 1943 in Russia. The magazine comes with A5 laminated information card.
