In a display box red painted airframe section from aircraft’s insignia on RAF Hawker Hurricane of Number 6 squadron, shot down and crashed in 1942 in Egypt during the war in North Africa.

This is a very rare aluminium airframe section which has most of its red paintwork remains from the aircraft’s insignia one of the roundels. The part is in nice condition it has ripped and bent by the impact crash it is in relic but solid condition and has been nicely cleaned and is a very rare one that is perfect for display or any collection and is 3 inches long by 1 half inches in size.The part is inside a glass framed display box with a lid that just lifts off this comes with the item and is 12 inches by 8 inches in size. The part RAF Hawker Hurricane of Number 6 squadron, shot down and crashed in 1942 in Egypt during the war in North Africa. The Hurricane was recovered in the 1980’s.The parts were in the Blake Hall airsceane Museum in Essex which closed in 2007.comes with A5 laminated information sheet.
