This is a very rare to get German Wehrmacht 1st pattern Fuel can maker marked on the side but is missing its top cap. The can which is in semi relic condition lightly rusty all over but with no rust holes that can be seen.The can has lots of original colour and still with all maker markings all can be seen nice and clear it has been very well cleaned it is very solid not braking up or falling apart a nice example of this can battlefield recovered.This fuel can was found in city of Arras either used during the German invasion of France in May 1940 or the occupation of 1940-1944.The can comes with A5 laminated information card.
