This is a German MG 15 machine gun magazine lovely relic condition and near complete.The magazine which has some of its original black paintwork remains with no real maker stamps that can be seen it also has its ammunition spacers inside of it as well The magazine is rusty with s few rust holes but nothing to bad it has been very well cleaned and is perfect for display or any collection and is very solid not breaking up or crumbling and is still a very solid relic and very rare to get in such nice condition recovered from the battlefield. The magazine which is empty of all ammunition. The magazine comes with 2 x A5 laminated information cards with pictures and map.

The magazine was used by soldiers of the 1st SS Panzer Division Leibstandarte SS Adolf Hitler and was recovered from around the Village of Tarchamps in Luxembourg which is southeast of Bastogne. This village was captured and held by the Leibstandarte from 17th-25th December 1944 during the early part of the Ardennes Forest offensive in the Battle of the Bulge.
