This is a unusual find from the battlefield a pair of German Leuchtpistole 34 flare pistol handle grips which are not from the same gun as they are the same side both with Waffenamt stamps and dated 1943.
The bakerite grips are still there original brown colour which are complete and only slightly damaged, retaining there original colour and clearly visible maker markings. They have been carefully cleaned and are perfect for display or any collection. The grips were recovered from a field near Trun, which we think was a pit dug by the allies where lots of German equipment was thrown in and buried after the battle in the Falaise Pocket, Normandy in France 1944. A nice rare relic from the famous Normandy battlefield. The grips come with 2xA5 laminated information cards and pictures.
