This is a pair of German K98 rifle wooden butt remains which rare to find wooden relics from the famous German rifle. The rifle parts are in nice condition for relic the butt plate rusty but as the same as the wood very solid not braking up or falling apart and it have been very nicely cleaned and are perfect for collection or any display. The rifle parts were recovered from a field near Trun, which we think was a pit dug by the allies where lots of German equipment was thrown in and buried after the battle in the Falaise Pocket, Normandy in France 1944. A nice pair of relics from the famous Normandy battlefield and come with 2x A5 laminated information cards with picture,map.
