This is a lovely rare to find very nice condition German Dopp Z 92 nF fuse model 1892 dated 1917 double effect 45 mm time and percussion fuse, without delay used on shrapnel shells, incendiary shells and high explosive shells. The fuse was fired by artillery guns from 9cm calibre up to 15cm calibre. It still has most of its original markings and numbers all fairly clear to read. It has some damage from being fired but nothing to bad and has all of its original brass colour but has discoloured in places. The fuse has been very well cleaned and is in very nice condition which is perfect for display or any collection. This fuse was recovered on the Ypres Battlefield in Belgium of 1914-1918.
