This is an original group of cartridge cases together with a barrel cleaning brush recovered from a German artillery gun position outside Remichampagne, near Bastogne, Belgium. The position was occupied by Panzer Lehr Division's Panzer Artillery Regiment 130, which at this stage of the war was equipped with the towed 10.5cm leFH 18 light field howitzer and was operating in the area during the Siege of Bastogne in December 1944.
The relics comprise a selection of fired cartridge cases and an original barrel cleaning brush, all recovered from the artillery position. Each item has been carefully cleaned, lightly oiled, and preserved, ensuring they remain in excellent display condition while retaining their authentic wartime character.
