Very rare cockpit canopy frame section from Japanese Zero with blue undercoat primer only used by Japanese airforce recovered from the Island of Guadlcanal from the 1942-1943 battlefield

This is a nice and very rare and large size airframe part which is cockpit canopy frame section the aluminium structure section with some of its blue undercoat primer paint remains this was only used by Japanese air force. The part still has its steel connector bracket at one end and has been nicely cleaned and retains a lot of its original colours it looks pretty much undamaged by the impact of the crash it is 16 inches by 1 half inches in size and is perfect for display and a rare one for the collection. The part has been recovered from the crash site of a Japanese Mitsubishi A6M Zero fighter shot down and crashed during the air war over the Island of Guadlcanal from the 1942-1943 battlefield. A very rare part to get hold of from the war in the Pacific. The part comes with 2xA5 laminated information cards with pictures.
