This is a nice Original World war 2 German Luftwaffe soldbuch for Gefreiter Heinz Wied who was a 88mm flak gunner from 1942 until the German surrender in 1945.He was assigned to a ground-based Luftwaffe role, within an anti-aircraft (Flak) or support formation. He was in a heavy flak battalion equipped with the 88mm anti-aircraft gun.
The book is complete but has been well used by its wartime owner and in very nice undamaged condition with his picture and many original stamps and markings all very clear to see and read.The book comes with 4 X A5 laminated information cards with all the information and research that has been done working out what units he was in where they were stationed also his hospital records until he surrendered and where they were in the country and translations with pictures of what he did and when during the war.
